Positive: The apartment is comfortable and ideally located, and the management team is very responsive. Negative: The only minor inconvenience is that finding a parking space can be difficult if you are travelling by car.

Very nice overall. Close to downtown attractions. Walkable. Positive: Walking distance to everything in the city and in the beautiful old part of town. Negative: Maybe the amenities could be rearranged? Laundry Washer and drier in the bedroom was a strange positioning…

Overall it was good. Be prepared for walking up stairs if you are on the second or third floor Positive: I loved the location. Very convenient and easy to get around by walk ng Negative: I would have liked if the bathrooms were updated: they were extremely dated. I understand that it was a historic property but a newly remodeled bathroom for the unit we stayed in I feel will make the place better

Positive: The location was perfect for all of the events we attended. The neighborhood was quiet at night, with lots of businesses and activities nearby during the day. We enoyed the apartment. My youngest and I particularly loved the brick and the wood floors.
