Nice price, nice location ; 100% recommendations Positive: The property is located at a prime location close to multiple landmarks, and it’s a very stylish place that’s clean. Would 100% recommend to other travellers and is on top of my list if I ever come back to Philadelphia.

Great location/ host but lackluster and uncomfortable stay Positive: The location was great, Philly was fairly walkable and there were tons of restaurants, shops, and grocery options near by. The communication with the host was amazing. Super responsive and kind. The water in the shower was also nice and hot. Lasted though all 4 ppl taking relaxing showers. Cleaners were able to accommodate my allergies too! Entering was fairly easy 2 door codes so I felt very safe in the apartment. Negative: The beds were the most uncomfortable thing I've ever felt. It was like sleeping on the floor. The air conditioner was a little weird. In the master bedroom there was only 1 vent and it was so so hot. It felt around 10 degrees or so warmer than the rest of the apartment. The other bedroom has no vents and the living room stayed the coldest. I ended up sleeping on the couch due to being so warm. A fan in the closet would have been nice. Also the kitchen was barely stocked with pots, pans, and cooking utensils. No cutting board but tons of knives, and the cooking utensils were all plastic and melted dents all over the place.

Positive: great location. In the old city. Negative: no parking but all places in old town are like that.
