Negative: The place was dirty we literally had to wash the sheets and towels. I don’t when the last time they mopped as our socks were also black from dirt. Parking is pretty bad but that’s expected given the location. The couch cushions looked very “seedy” and I would not recommend sitting on them. The overall space needs a deep clean and paint. I cannot believe they charge $100 for cleaning fees yet the place is not clean
