Positive: Central location Negative: The place was dirty we literally had to wash the sheets and towels. I don’t when the last time they mopped as our socks were also black from dirt. Parking is pretty bad but that’s expected given the location. The couch cushions looked very “seedy” and I would not recommend sitting on them. The overall space needs a deep clean and paint. I cannot believe they charge $100 for cleaning fees yet the place is not clean

Positive: Apartment was spacious, kitchen was well stocked with dining ware, beds were firm but well put together. Everything was clean and wifi was excellent. Shower had ample hot water. Was pretty easy to get to Old Town or Chinatown from there. Overall I think the value for money was solid and the property was what I expected. I think some of the comments portrayed it as the property managers exaggerating the amenities. I don't think that was the case at all. We had another couple with us and comfortably fit in the space for around $250 a night. Good luck finding many hotels that are for 1 couple. Negative: Biggest issue for our group was less about the apartment and more about the parking situation nearby. If you're hoping for free parking, you better find a spot at 4pm or it's not happening. We parked at the Old City Parking garage twice ($35 for 24 hours) which wasn't a far walk, maybe like 6 minutes away. But still, if you're bringing a car, parking is something you need to budget for. Probably more of a Philly problem more broadly to be fair. As far as the apartment itself, only 2 things that really stuck out to us. #1: the air fresheners are on blast to the point where we immediately unplugged them and could still smell them 3 days later. It seems like this was likely a result of previous guests not abiding no smoking policies and needing to cover that smell up. Still, my wife had a headache within the first 30 minutes because it was so strong. I would recommend something a bit less potent or something like an odor absorber rather than air fresheners. #2: the shower had no texture on the floor which meant you had to be pretty careful getting in and out since smooth floor + water = slippery! Even a small clear textured mat would do the trick. I think of the 4 of us, 3 almost had a nasty fall in the shower because we weren't expecting it.
