☆ LUXURIOUS OLD CITY PENTHOUSE ☆

Other then location not happy Positive: The location Negative: Everything, inside of the property was very old and dated, futon and one of the couches is being held together with multiple pieces of tape. Long extension cord running from the kitchen into living room. Wood floor needs retouching, doors and wall are dirty. There was unnecessary items in home ( golf clubs, weight bench, old not working tv) the top piece of the microwave is missing. For the price I was very disappointed,seems like the host hasn’t put any TLC into this particular home for quite sometime. The bathroom is remodeled but that all this place had to offer.

Positive: We had a quick vacation with friends and instantly fell in love with the place because of its charming vintage vibes. Although we initially had some concerns about parking, we opted to use the paid parking garage nearby to avoid any hassle since it just $35 I think and it turned out to be a good decision. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay. The unit was cozy, the location was convenient, and the price was very affordable. We’re already looking forward to coming back for another relaxing getaway!

Positive: The location is perfect close to all the tourist spots, with great restaurants and coffee shops nearby. The price is reasonable for the unit. It has a charming vintage vibe, which my wife and I love, so the place was perfect for our vacation. We will definitely be back again

Comfortable quick stay w/fam & dog Positive: The location is great. The loft itself is spacious and clean. As a group of 5 plus 1 dog, we were pretty comfortable. My dog is usually unsettled and nervous in hotels, but staying here he seemed to feel more at home and comfortable as well. Good areas nearby to walk your dog, as well as some pet-friendly businesses. Communication from the host was great, very detailed and responsive. Negative: The parking situation sucks, but so does most parking around the city. The steps to the loft are small and steep.
