☆ LUXURIOUS OLD CITY PENTHOUSE ☆

Negative: Upon arrival on September 27, I immediately observed dirty/wet conditions, an unusual odor, visible ceiling/wall staining and apparent water damage, visibly soiled furnishings, and large drying/climate-control equipment with hoses in the property. I photographed these conditions immediately. I contacted the host upon discovering the problems, provided photographs, requested a refund, and left the property within approximately 30 minutes. I did not stay overnight or use the three-night reservation. I would not recommend this space and am in the works in trying to recover the funds I paid for a stay I did not complete.

Decent for a low maintenance stay Positive: The place is in a really nice , safe location. The park is right there which is great if you have a dog. The kitchen was decently equipped. Negative: The furniture is quite old. There were no blankets provided for the pull out couch or the futon, when asked for a blanket, they only dropped of a sheet. There was another dirty sheet thrown behind the couch. Dirty towel on the fire escape balcony. Many flights of stairs , fine for us, may be an issue for some

Positive: Loft and skylight is interesting Negative: Nothing is really dirty but ould be cleaner
