A bit uncomfortable and dirty shower Negative: I booked the 2 story loft and got the 1 story instead were when we showered the tub would flood and when it finally drained hours later the tub is left with soap and heavy water residue from filling up less than ideal to bath in there next or bath small children

Not good for the price, the promises for good customer service were not kept when we needed help. Positive: The apartment was well-located. The beds were okay. Negative: Firstly, during our stay we had NO HOT WATER. Not in the showers, not in either the kitchen or bathroom sink. We could not shower for three days. When we messaged the "hosts" (let's be clear: this is a property managed by a cheap, cost-cutting company, not someone's home - it felt like that) to tell them they did not respond with any apologetic language or with an offer to help - instead I got an automated notice about "buying" a late checkout option for $25. The window out to the fire escape does not lock, and the fire escape goes down to the ground - theoretically someone could walk up, open the window, and steal all of our stuff. I was really disappointed with the way they handled us - they kept offering to give us cheap drop-shipped items from amazon, which honestly I'd rather just have the hot water. This property was a little too expensive to be such a cheap all-around experience. NOT WORTH IT.

Home feel like Positive: We booked this unit for a nearby business meeting and found it very budget-friendly. The place was perfect for our one-night stay spacious and comfortable. It’s not as luxurious as a hotel, but it has a warm, home-like feel, which made our stay pleasant.

Positive: Die Lage der Wohnung. Fast alle Sehenswürdigkeiten fußläufig erreichbar. Negative: Hier ist die Liste auf jeden Fall viel länger: - Fernseher funktionierte auch trotz Mangelanzeige gleich am Anfang bis zum letzten Tag nicht. - Gasbrenner am Herd ohne Funktion. - Wasserdruck so gering, dass man mehrfach so lange braucht um abzuduschen. - Klimaanlage sehr laut - Kostenloses Parken nur mit viel Aufwand und zeitraubend möglich. Achtung: Es wird rigoros abgeschlept, alleine während unserem Aufenthalt mehrere male. - Sehr starker und penetranter Cannabis Geruch im gesamten Haus, trotz Rauchverbot. - Die Wohnung C4 ganz oben ist nur für wirklich sportliche Personen, sehr steile Treppen! - Und am Ende eine wirklich erschreckend e Geschichte, die uns widerfahren ist: In der zweiten Nacht gegen Mitternacht fand in irgendeiner der Wohnungungen unter uns eine ungemein angsteinflößende Randale mit lauten Schreien, Gewaltanwendung und viel Lärm statt. Über eine halbe Stunde standen wir zitternd hinter unserer Wohnungstür bangeng um unser Leben. Sowas kennt man nur aus den Gangster Filmen. Alles in allem werden wir unseren Aufenthalt in den Havana Lofts nicht zu den gelungenen dazu zählen und können leider ruhigen Gewissens nicht weiterempfehlen.

Perfect! Positive: Clean, bright, and perfectly located! Havana Loft made my trip to Philadelphia so much better. Easy access to everything, especially the historic areas.
