Negative: Not hot water, space was nothing like the pictures more so a cocaine rehab space maybe even hard. I won’t be booking from booking.com after sending me to this space

need faster response time to resolve issues Positive: large, clean, good location Negative: when we arrived, we immediately realized the toilet was out of order. the cleaning staff was still there so we notified them, and they said they would send a plumber right away. however no one came to fix it until noon the next day, right as we were getting ready to check out. so the entire time we were without a working toilet.

A bit uncomfortable and dirty shower Negative: I booked the 2 story loft and got the 1 story instead were when we showered the tub would flood and when it finally drained hours later the tub is left with soap and heavy water residue from filling up less than ideal to bath in there next or bath small children

Not good for the price, the promises for good customer service were not kept when we needed help. Positive: The apartment was well-located. The beds were okay. Negative: Firstly, during our stay we had NO HOT WATER. Not in the showers, not in either the kitchen or bathroom sink. We could not shower for three days. When we messaged the "hosts" (let's be clear: this is a property managed by a cheap, cost-cutting company, not someone's home - it felt like that) to tell them they did not respond with any apologetic language or with an offer to help - instead I got an automated notice about "buying" a late checkout option for $25. The window out to the fire escape does not lock, and the fire escape goes down to the ground - theoretically someone could walk up, open the window, and steal all of our stuff. I was really disappointed with the way they handled us - they kept offering to give us cheap drop-shipped items from amazon, which honestly I'd rather just have the hot water. This property was a little too expensive to be such a cheap all-around experience. NOT WORTH IT.

Home feel like Positive: We booked this unit for a nearby business meeting and found it very budget-friendly. The place was perfect for our one-night stay spacious and comfortable. It’s not as luxurious as a hotel, but it has a warm, home-like feel, which made our stay pleasant.
